Our Wines

Heenwerf Estate specialises in high-quality Dutch sparkling wines. We refer to these as high-quality wines because the Dutch authorities stipulate that, if the second fermentation in the bottle takes place at a pressure of at least 3.5 bar, the wine must be designated as a ‘high-quality wine’. With us, the pressure rises to over 6 bar, which is comparable to a deep-sea dive to a depth of 50 metres.

The sparkling wines currently available are Cuvée Alliance, Cuvée OrRose and Cuvée Prestige. You can read about how they differ from one another on the following pages.
