The pruning of 12,000 vines takes place in winter.

We have a few months to carry out winter pruning, from December to April. In viticulture, pruning is one of the most crucial and labour-intensive tasks. The aim of pruning is to control the growth of the vine, optimise the yield and quality of the grapes, and extend the plant’s lifespan. There are various pruning methods, but we use the ‘Guyot Simple’.
