Assembly
The blending of the cuvées is a particularly complex process.
Before the wines are bottled, the cuvées are blended or reassembled. This takes place approximately six months after the harvest. We carry this out in consultation with a champagne expert. Our oenologist, a French wine expert from Épernay, visits us regularly to offer his advice. The wines of Landgoed Heenwerf are characterised by their pleasant freshness, fine mousse and fruity, open style.
