Winery

Our winery used to be a bull barn. With limited resources, we have converted it into a cosy tasting lounge, a winery and a wine cellar or climate-controlled storage area. Here, grapes are pressed, wine is made, bottled and disgorged, and the final step is applying the label to the bottle. We have also integrated the distillery, where spirits are distilled using traditional methods. A tour of the winery and distillery forms part of the ‘wine tasting’ experience, which can be booked by appointment. Read more here.
