Toerlezjoere is a smooth and fruity spirit aged in wood for nine months. Toerlezjoere is an exclusive spirit produced according to a renowned Italian recipe, of which only around forty bottles are made each year. Every bottle has a unique number. Feel free to ask us for your favourite number!
Toerlezjoere is an exclusive drink that is
crafted using the pomace from our own winery. In this way, we make the most of the by-products generated during the production of our quality sparkling wines.
Distillation takes place here in our distillery using an authentic 80-litre Dutch still, which was specially designed and built for us.
Toerlezjoere is a relatively young spirit; it was aged for 9 months in wood. You’ll experience a strong and surprising flavour sensation with vanilla as the underlying note. Toerlezjoere is a drink for the true connoisseur. Toerlezjoere is derived from the French ‘tous les jours’ but is Brabant dialect for ‘going out and having fun’.

Winemaker's dry Gin
Winemaker’s Dry Gin is distilled in our artisanal distillery using an 80-litre still, which was specially designed and built by Stokie Pokie in The Hague (NL), inspired by Marnix.
Marnix makes no secret of his great passion for distilling. It is an enjoyable pastime when the vineyard demands a little less attention and there is more time for work in the winery. He learnt his knowledge and skills from Geurt Van Rennes during his training at the Jenever Museum in Schiedam.
The recipe for Winemaker’s Dry Gin came about when a brewer asked for a gin to be developed. After that, things went quiet. Several years passed, during which the gin was tasted, tested and regularly refined. The brewer turned his attention to new beers, and the gin remained in the cask.
Until the landlord of the unique restaurant De Rosmolen in the fortified town of Willemstad picked up the story and tasted Winemaker’s Dry Gin… The refined, aromatic taste sensation surprised him.
It’s also special that it’s brewed right here using pure, local ingredients such as Brabant (NL) hop cones. Other ingredients include juniper berries, black cardamom, sweet orange, allspice, angelica root and rhubarb root, which give it a lovely spicy flavour.

Winemaker’s Dry Gin is delicious served neat, lightly chilled with a few ice cubes. It’s also delicious mixed with a natural tonic or freshly squeezed juice! Garnish your glass with a few pink peppercorns, a juniper berry and a slice of grapefruit.
