Liqueur wine

Ratafia Liqueur Wine is a fine, authentic drink made from grape must. Ratafia Liqueur Wine is produced using traditional methods in our own winery and is based on grape must. There are three varieties: white, rosé and red. This must is the juice collected at the end of the pressing process of the hand-harvested grapes.

Ratafia maintains a balance between the natural sugars and acids on the one hand, and the fruitiness of the grape on the other. No sugars or flavourings are added.

Originally, the term referred to any drink consumed upon the ratification of an agreement or treaty. In the past, and indeed still today, it was customary to share a drink to mark such a joyous occasion, and that drink was Ratafia!
